Tovoicy converts text you provide into speech. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you import, and for anything you do with the audio it produces.
Voices that run on your device are free and unlimited. We may change which voices are free, but we will not start charging for something you have already paid for.
A subscription is billed through your Apple ID at the price shown before you confirm. It renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel or manage it in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period at the end unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it.
A subscription includes an allowance of studio rendering each month. The allowance resets at the start of each period and does not accumulate. Hours bought in packs are separate: they do not expire, and they are used only once the monthly allowance is spent.
Listening again to something already rendered does not spend hours, since the audio is kept on your device.
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. We cannot issue them ourselves, but write to us if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
Automated or bulk use of studio rendering, resale of the audio as a service, or attempts to work around the metering may end access. The free on-device tier is not affected by any of this.
The app is provided as it is. Voices that run on your device will keep working whatever happens to our servers, which is deliberate.
These terms may change; the date above will change with them. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
